This happened to me in college. We were only two in the room and at first there was nothing wrong with this guy. We were going along well and we had some great fun.
But things started to fail when he started to use some of my belongings, at first with my permission, then as days goes by, he just get anything of my belongings and use it as it is his own. I can remember when he first asked for my toothpaste because he said his allowance for the week did not arrive so he wasn’t able to buy his toothpaste.
Then he also asked for soap and shampoo for the same reason about his financials. But then, my toothpaste, soap, shampoo and other personal belongings were about to be fully consumed by us and still, he continues to use them and even without my permission especially when I was not around. And up to that point, he still was not able to buy for his own consumables.
Worse, I was so angry one day when I woke-up late and about to go to school. I was looking for my favorite shirt and it was nowhere to find. To my surprise, I found him in the school wearing my shirt and didn’t even asked my permission for him to use it.
Not to make things even further, I transferred to other boarding house and searched for a room that I would be staying alone.
